1st Class Auto Hub collects your application details, including name, contact information, date of birth, TRN, identification type, address, employment, income, household, reference contacts, debts and loan request. Our loan department uses them to review your request and coordinate lender vetting. Only provide reference contact information with their permission. A document checklist records which documents you have available; files are collected separately through an agreed secure process.
By agreeing on the application, you authorize our staff to share information needed for assessment with relevant lending partners. Access to a complete application is limited to you, authorized Auto Hub staff and lenders assigned to that application. Vendors and insurance partners do not receive your loan application through this consent. A lender makes its own assessment and may provide additional terms and privacy information.
Whenever our staff assigns your application to a lender, a notification naming that lender is saved in My Enquiries. Sign in to view it. Notifications are in your account; email and SMS delivery are not promised.
New loan applications are encrypted in the application database. Authorized views and lender assignments are logged. Consent wording, policy version, submission time and the submitting account are recorded. Confidential printouts and PDFs must be shared privately with intended recipients. Do not share your account or reset links.
You may review the form without submitting. Agreement is required before we accept an application for review and referral. To correct an application, ask about access or retention, or withdraw permission for future sharing, contact the Auto Hub team through the contact arrangements used for your request. Withdrawal does not undo information already received by a lender or records that must be retained. You can read the submitted information and lender-sharing notices from your signed-in account.
Submitting information does not approve credit, guarantee a loan or authorize Auto Hub to accept a lender’s agreement on your behalf.
